Clarity for your support experience

Terms of use

A clear understanding of the support portal, your responsibilities, and how we work together.

Portal policy draft · Prepared

The essentials

Use the portal for support you are authorised to request. Keep account details safe, share only necessary information, and confirm important AI guidance with a person. Your service agreement sets any response-time, pricing and delivery commitments.

Review status. This portal-specific draft is prepared for business review. It does not amend an existing service agreement. The company's published website terms and website privacy policy remain available on its official site.

What these terms cover

This draft concerns the support portal for Interstellar Business Solutions Limited, operated by the Noetica Digitals support team. It covers customer and staff accounts, tickets, project and task records, knowledge articles, AI assistance and available support-session tools. Interstellar's official website is interstellarng.com.

The portal is a way to request and manage support. It does not independently establish a paid engagement or expand the scope of an existing one. A signed service agreement governs its scope, fees, confidentiality, data processing and agreed service levels. The company's published website terms and conditions have their own scope.

Accounts and authority

Use your own account and provide accurate contact information. Only submit requests, share records or permit access to systems when you are authorised to do so. Staff access is for assigned work and does not authorise access to unrelated customer information.

  • Protect your password and sign out on shared devices.
  • Do not share passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes or sign-in links with a support agent.
  • Tell the support team promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
  • Keep your account and organisation details current so the team can identify and contact you.

Support requests and attachments

Describe the problem, its effect on your work and any troubleshooting already attempted. Include a ticket number when following up. A ticket status or priority helps organise work; it is not a guarantee of a particular response or resolution time.

Share only material needed to investigate the request and that you have permission to disclose. Remove credentials and unrelated personal or confidential information from screenshots, logs and attachments. The privacy notice explains how support information is processed.

Use your agreed escalation route for urgent incidents. This portal is not an emergency-response service.

AI and knowledge articles

The assistant can help with general troubleshooting and preparing a support request. Staff can also use AI to draft replies, follow-ups and resolution summaries. Generated answers may be incomplete or wrong, even when they sound confident.

Check guidance against your environment before applying it. Ask a support professional before taking an action that could delete data, change access, disrupt a system or affect security. The assistant cannot approve purchases, bind Interstellar Business Solutions Limited to a contract or guarantee a fix.

Knowledge articles describe general procedures. Your organisation's security policies and the instructions for your specific device or service still apply.

Remote support and calls

When remote support is available, confirm the support person and the purpose of the session before sharing a code or your screen. Close unrelated applications and sensitive documents. A shared screen may reveal everything within the selected area.

Only permit control of a device you are authorised to manage. You can stop screen sharing or end the session. Ask the support person before proceeding if the requested access is unclear.

Calling uses a dedicated client service. Call audio is recorded only after the agent informs everyone on the call and obtains permission. You may decline or ask the agent to stop recording. Ask how the recording will be used before discussing sensitive information. These terms do not substitute for the notice and permission required for a particular recording; see the portal privacy notice for access and retention details.

Projects, evidence and reviews

Staff use the work portal to record assignments, deliverables, supporting documents and monthly activity. Upload only documents you are authorised to share and verify the project, stage and recipient before submitting them.

A project stage, completion certificate, points total or approved activity report records a workflow decision. It does not independently change a client contract, prove acceptance by the client, or transfer payment. Formal acceptance and payment follow the applicable agreement and authorised business process.

Responsible use and access

Follow the acceptable use guidelines. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or upload harmful material.

Access may need to be restricted while a suspected compromise, misuse or account entitlement issue is investigated. For questions about access or a restriction, contact interstellar-support@bernmx.onmicrosoft.com.

Your content and portal materials

You retain the rights you hold in information you submit. Support work requires permission to receive, store, review and process the relevant material for the request and associated service administration.

Interstellar branding, portal software, support materials and third-party content remain subject to their respective owners' rights. You may use support guidance for your own authorised troubleshooting. Third-party product names and logos belong to their respective owners; their inclusion is not a claim of endorsement or certification.

Availability and service commitments

The portal and connected services can be interrupted by maintenance, faults or external events. Keep essential records and your agreed alternative contact route available.

Any contractual warranties, service levels and responsibility for losses are governed by the applicable service agreement and law. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not add an uptime guarantee or select a new governing law for your engagement.

Changes and questions

The preparation date identifies this version. A final portal policy and any later material changes need to be communicated through an appropriate notice or acceptance process; this draft does not assert that you have already accepted them.

Send questions or concerns to info@interstellarng.com. Include enough context to identify the issue, but leave passwords and sensitive attachments out of the initial message.

Questions are welcome.
